Hi, I'm Yvonne Avalos.

I'm a Palm Springs native, content creator, and real estate professional serving the Coachella Valley and Inland Empire.

I created Closed With Yvonne to showcase the incredible places, experiences, and hidden gems in our own backyard. From affordable spa days and resort day passes to restaurants, local businesses, and beauty finds, my goal is to help people discover what's actually worth their time and money.

Through storytelling, voiceovers, high-quality visuals, and engaging editing, I create content that captures attention and helps local businesses gain meaningful exposure. My experience as a business owner and real estate professional also gives me a unique understanding of what businesses need to grow.
